In 2024 we will again make the trip from Rotterdam to Kefalonia with a number of beetles to participate in the 10th Ionian VolksFest.

Classic Volkswagens from all over Europe gather on Kefalonia for five days of sun, beaches, excursions, Greek food and live music. For us it will be the fifth time we have attended this amazing event and the second time we have taken the beetles to Greece.

We will leave on Tuesday, August 21 and drive to Greece via the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland and Italy.

The previous Kefalonia Roadtrip, in 2021 was over 5200km (3200 miles). This time we’re going to take it a little slower, for ourselves, the cars and to cut costs a bit.
