We would like to invite everyone to the 9th Ionian VolksFest Kefalonia & Ithaka on September 1-3, 2023.
A weekend with sun, sea, beaches and of course aircooled Volkswagens!
Join us in Sami on the beautiful island of Kefalonia where we will tour around the island, visit caves, the national park, the monastry of Saint Gerasimos and ofcourse beautiful beaches. This year we will also visit Ithaka island.

PROGRAM:

Friday September 1, 2023:
12:00 Registrations at the Ulysses Park in Sami.
Departure for the caves of Drogarati & Melissani>
Cool down at Myrthos Beach.
Dinner at a restaurant in Sami, with live music.

Saturday September 2, 2023:
07:30 We will take the ferry to Ithaka, where we will spend the day with tours and various activities until the evening.
23:00 Party at a club in the vicinity of Sami.

Sunday September 3, 2023:
09:30 Gathering at the port of Sami.
10:00 Departure for the Monastry of Saint Gerasimos.
Tasting of the local Robola wine from local wine producers.
We will visit the preserved earthquake village Valsamata.
Thereafter we will visit Ainos National Park. Mount Ainos is the largest mountain of the Ionian Islands and the 8th highest in Greece.
Cooldown and lunch at Antisamos Beach.
20:00 Farewell party with DJ and live music.
