nique Volkswagen van event in Mallorca featuring models T1, T2, and T3, scheduled for March 23rd and 24th, 2024. The purpose is to provide the people of the island with the opportunity to attend an event similar to those held elsewhere without the need to take a plane or boat. Additionally, it offers families from the mainland the chance to come to our beloved island, enjoy the good weather, and experience a weekend full of fun.

We will meet at 10:00 in the morning at Palma meeting point (to be specified), in Palma. Where the official reception will take place and we will deliver the bib number to each participant.

In case there was someone who was coming from somewhere else, we would organize ourselves so that they could join the convoy halfway and not have to go down to Palma to do the entire route.

We will begin the march towards our destination: the Binissalem Aerodrome, taking a short route to enjoy seeing the large number of classic VWs that gathered for the event.

Once you arrive in Binissalem, the organization will give you a welcome bag to the event. Inside you can find a Retro Wagen t-shirt as well as other gifts for participating.

There is the option to add extra shirts for other participants in addition to the first one included in the welcome bag. These additional shirts will be priced at 20 EUROS each.

We will place the vehicles in an orderly manner to be more comfortable. The camping area is quite extensive, so there will be no problem with space. Obviously you have to be civil and behave well with the environment, since it is an area for private use.

Each participant is responsible for bringing their own lunch, dinner, or breakfast. Since we will be close to the town of Binissalem, it will be possible to make a quick trip in case anyone needs any last-minute items. Likewise, everyone should take their generated waste with them to ensure that no traces of the event remain at the location when it concludes.

The idea is to start the route with the attendees on Saturday morning from Palma to Binissalem Aerodrome, so we will enjoy both days. If you cannot come both days, nothing happens, you can come Saturday or Sunday or you can come both days without having to spend the night on Saturday night.

There will be various activities, including the “Silent Disco” (which generated so much excitement in the previous edition), bingo, games for the little ones, mead tasting by MANDRAGORA HIDROMEL, and many more things!**

**It’s important to mention that some of these activities will have an additional cost. However, we want to emphasize that participation in these proposals is entirely optional.

There will be a registration price of 40 EUROS to have everything organized and each participant will receive a detail of the concentration. This price is per vehicle, so you can come with the whole family and it will only be necessary to pay a single registration.
