Our 5th anniversary is getting closer!
So here is some main info.

Event entrance: Kasteeldreef 1 8710 Wielsbeke.

Trailerparking: Rijksweg 167 8710Wielsbeke.

Doors open on Saturday 19/04/2025 at 12.00pm
Entrance: 15€/car
There will be entrance selection
So if you want to be sure about your spot, get your car selected.

You will be parked by a Petrolbrothersmembers at the event,and the car stays untill the end on Sunday.
If you need to leave on Saturdayevening to a B&B or rentalhouse, please mention it to our members. We will make sure you can leave the eventground.

People who booked the hotel can take the shuttlebus on Saturdayevening at 23:00
Last shuttlebus at 01:00
Sundaymorning after breakfast, shuttlebus brings you back to the event. 10:00 and 11:00

Cars who stay on the site will be watched by security guards all night.

BBQ on Saturday starts at 18.00PM till 21.00PM. Only available for those who have BBQ tickets!
Chill beats on Saturday will be played by ‘dj Pedroh’ from 21.00PM till 1:30AM.
Beers, cocktails and soft drinks will be available at he bar.
Bring your own good mood!
Bar ends at 00.30AM.

On Sunday, doors open at 9.00PM.
Entrance for who arrives on Sunday: 15€
